We Offer:

Medicare Services - for homebound patients who qualify. We also offer Medicare under the following:

• Low Vision Services - to assist those with low vision needs usch as Glaucoma, Diabetic retinopathy and Mac D. We can make activities of daily living safer and easier


• Home Tele-Monitoring - We monitor with our FDA Class II device that is placed in your home. An RN will monitor a patient;s blood pressure, weight and oxygen levels everyday from our office. Free for qualified Medicare patients


• HealthLight - A pulsed light therapy to assis with micro-circulation - great for those who suffer from neuropathy and those who are vulnerable to falls.

Private Support Care - Private pay care that we offer on an hourly basis. Call and speak to our Private Support staff about our many programs offered that are unique to our agency. We offer flexibility in payment options as well!

Medicaid State Funded Services - Waiver programs and Specialty Programs supervised by the Division of Social Services.
